7-month-old Pearl arrived in our care requiring emergency surgery after being involved in a road traffic accident. This lovable lady sadly needed to have one of her back legs amputated, at a cost of £778 to our branch. We’re so relieved we could step in to help Pearl – but as a local and self-funding RSPCA Centre, it’s always a challenge for us to support the costs of animal surgeries and treatments such as these.
We’re delighted to let you know that Pearl isn’t letting her amputation get in the way of being a happy, affectionate and friendly little girl! She’s recovered amazingly well and is now looking for her purrrrfect forever home! Pearl would love to find an adult only, rural-type home, with no other pets – so she can enjoy all the cuddles, love and fuss to herself!
If you can donate towards Pearl’s surgery fees, we would be so appreciative, you can also become an animal sponsor for just £2 per month if you want to become a regular donor. To give Pearl a home or find out more click here where you can read all about this awesome girl!
Thank you so much for reading Pearl’s story and for your ongoing support.
