Not long now… we’re just over a week away from one of our absolute favourite dog shows of the year! 🐾🎉
Hebden’s Happy Hounds is back, and it’s shaping up to be bigger, better, and even more pawsome than ever. We can’t wait to welcome you all to Calder Holmes Park for a fantastic day packed with fun for both humans and their four-legged friends!
Join us for our much-loved fun dog show, where pups of all shapes, sizes, and personalities can take centre stage. Entries are just £2 per class with all proceeds going towards helping local animals in need. Enter on the day at the dog registration tent, next to the arena. Take a look at the classes here:
- 11:30 – Child’s Best Friend – for best young handler (under 13’s)
- 11:50 – Perfect Pups – for pups 12 months and under
- 12:10 – Aged to perfection – for dogs 8 years and older
- 12:50 – Waggiest Tail – for waggy tails and wiggly bums!
- 13:10 – Eyes that melt your heart – for eyes that make you go awww!
- 13:30 – Heinz 57 – for cross breeds of all shapes and sizes
- 14:20 – Mayor’s choice – for dogs ready to impress the Mayor
- 14:40 – Posh paws – for pedigree dogs of all shapes and sizes
- 15:00 – Hebden’s happiest hound – for dogs who are loving life!
Alongside the show, you’ll find a brilliant selection of stalls to browse, exciting kids’ activities to keep little ones entertained, and plenty of delicious food and drink to keep you fuelled throughout the day. It’s the perfect chance to relax, socialise, and celebrate our amazing local community.
