Kit-Tea Party 2025 – read all about our purrfect day!
Kit-Tea Party is one of our favourite opportunities to celebrate all things feline, and we were overwhelmed by the response to our latest Kit-Tea Party last Sunday 9th March – so much so that we already have our next date booked in!
We welcomed 45 of our lovely cat-loving supporters into our cattery (not all at once!) to meet some of the gorgeous kitties waiting for their forever homes, followed by a delicious afternoon tea served next door at the Maurice Jagger Centre, and a bit of silliness in the form of our cat bingo game (a firm favourite!).
The event raised a whopping £750, which will go towards the costs of running our animal centre, and we thank all of the attendees for their presence and support.
We would also like to extend our thanks to Angela Forsey, Debbie at Tesco Queensbury and several of our fantastic fosterers whose generous donations allowed us to to hire the room and create the afternoon tea, as well as the Maurice Jagger centre for the use of their fabulous facilities – we couldn’t have done it without you. A huge shout out also goes to our brilliant volunteers who helped the day run seamlessly – you are incredible!
